Strategy matters. But eventually something has to happen. I have spent a significant part of my career in situations where organisations, businesses or projects needed to move from an ambition to an executable model.

• Sometimes that meant building something new. 
• Sometimes restructuring what already existed.
• And sometimes connecting people, capital and organisations that would not naturally have found each other.

Building a new maritime innovation ecosystem combining a physical campus, an innovation ecosystem and the Tidal Fund as investment platform.	As Active Chair, contributed to the strategic development of VEB as it grew from approximately €50 million to more than €950 million in annual revenue while rebuilding the management team.	As Deputy Chief of Cabinet, responsibility for shared and back-office functions including real estate, HR, ICT and regulation, involving six agencies and approximately 1,300 civil servants, all restructured lightly or heavily for more efficient services.	Multi-year involvement in the strategic transformation of one of Belgium’s largest public care organisations, connecting business-model transformation, organisation, partnerships, investment and real estate.
